BLS confirmed it has finalized the acquisition of 100% of the shares in La Voie Express, Espacim real estate, and La Voie Express Messagerie, after receiving approval from the Competition Council. The transaction also includes a 40% stake in ID Logistics Morocco, the company noted.

Financed by Saham Bank, this strategic operation positions BLS as the first national player covering the entire logistics chain – from freight forwarding and transit to transport, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.

With this acquisition, BLS increases its operational capacity to 325,000 managed pallets, operates a fleet of 650 trucks, and maintains a national footprint across 30 sites in 18 cities.

« This alliance marks a decisive milestone in our ambition to build a national logistics champion, capable of addressing both current and future challenges in Moroccan and regional markets. It gives us the critical scale needed to accelerate our expansion, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa, in partnership with key local players », said Moncef Belkhayat, President of BLS, in a press release.

Mohammed Talal, who will join BLS’s board of directors to ensure a smooth transition for clients and partners, added : »This vertical integration is a key lever to strengthen the competitiveness of Moroccan economic operators. »
