Agadir, the seaside gem of southern Morocco, is preparing to host the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2025).

How to get to Stade Adrar in Agadir during the CAN 2025
From the city center (Talborjt and surroundings)
- By car or taxi: head to the ring road towards Inezgane/Marrakech (Route N1) until the stadium junction. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes without traffic.
- CAN special shuttle: Local authorities plan to operate special buses on match days, connecting the city center and park-and-ride lots at Stade Adrar, approximately 4 hours before and after each match.
From the beach area (Corniche and beachfront hotels)
- By car or taxi: most major hotels are located in the Baie d’Agadir/Founty area, not far from the stadium. In practice, it takes about 15 minutes by car from the Corniche to reach the stadium.
- On foot or by bike: it is not recommended to walk from the beach to the stadium (too far and includes highway sections). However, some hotels offer bicycles or scooters: the more athletic can attempt a 30-40 minute ride.
From the Marina of Agadir
- By taxi: the Marina is located at the northern end of the bay, at the foot of the Kasbah hill. From there, a taxi will take about 20 minutes to reach the stadium (slightly longer than from the center as it involves crossing the city).
- By car: take the Corniche southwards then the ring road towards Inezgane. The route is well signposted (signs for « Stade Adrar »). Free parking should be available around the stadium on match days.
From Al Massira Airport (AGA)
- Direct airport taxi: This is the fastest and most comfortable option. Al Massira Airport is 22 km from the stadium (approximately 25 minutes by road).
- CAN shuttle: Special shuttles could be set up from the airport on match days. Check in advance on the airport or CAF website.
From the bus station (Supratours/CTM buses)
- By taxi: The Agadir bus station is located near the Al Massira/Ben Sergao district (Avenue Abderrahim Bouabid). By taxi, it only takes about fifteen minutes to reach the stadium.
