The Waldorf Astoria at the Mohammed VI Tower in Rabat-Salé has officially entered its commercialization phase. The hotel’s website, now announces the opening of reservations, a milestone step ahead of its inauguration on January 22, 2026.

The published rates firmly position the hotel in the high-end segment. Rooms start at 7,000 dirhams per night, while suites begin at 10,000 dirhams, targeting an international and business clientele in search of an exclusive experience.

The hotel also emphasizes a selection of included services, such as free parking, along with premium facilities including on-site restaurants, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center — all offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Perched atop Africa’s tallest skyscraper, the Waldorf Astoria at the Mohammed VI Tower will occupy 18 levels, from the 29th to the 46th floor. The property will feature 55 keys — comprising 11 rooms and 44 suites — along with a wellness area, a ballroom, a business lounge, and four restaurants, underscoring its position as a premier hotel and event destination.

The project is spearheaded by O Tower, a subsidiary of O Capital Group, which oversees the development and operation of the Mohammed VI Tower. The group previously announced the signing of a management contract with Hilton, entrusting the hotel’s operation to the Waldorf Astoria brand — an iconic name in international luxury hospitality.

According to unconfirmed information from an official source, the hotel is expected to host VVIPs attending the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) from this week through the conclusion of the tournament on January 21, 2026.
